My current research focuses on improving Māori health and wellbeing through culturally sensitive approaches. Integrating architectural design and project management principles to develop innovative solutions aligned with Māori communities' cultural values and needs.
Previously, I led HomeRise, a non-profit initiative that collaborated with whanau in their whare to teach basic carpentry skills and convert garages into livable spaces.
