Nancy Longnecker is professor of science communication at the University of Otago. As a professional science communicator, she has developed communication strategies, curated exhibitions, produced podcasts and teaching resources, written books and articles, and co-created communication resources with indigenous partners and others. She has conducted research about science communication, its teaching, and its impact in museums, natural environments, and health settings.
